The Concierge is available Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, the Property Management office is open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and security is available 24/7.

What’s Happening Now

  • Manulife Centre’s main entrance has relocated. For convenient access to and from Bloor St., please use our new entrance/exit just to the west of the Atrium.
  • On Friday June 23, the Atrium will be closed off for construction.
  • The Bloor St. covered pedestrian walkway is open for use and should be used to access our new main entrance.
  • Access to the concourse between Birks and Bonny’s via Bloor St. has closed. Please use the main level entrance to access the concourse.


What’s Coming Soon

  • Some of our retailers are moving to temporary spaces within Manulife Centre to help facilitate construction.
  • In June, Bonny Satchels ‘n’ Duffles and De Catarina Leather will relocate to the former Bloor Street Diner space.
  • The spiral staircase at the main entrance of Manulife Centre is targeted to be removed in June. Access to the office tower will be available via escalators and elevators.

There are some restrictions on time. It is encouraged to book your move during the afternoon and evening hours during the weekday, and any time on a weekend. Height clearance for any moving truck is 12 feet 6 inches.

Small parcels can be picked up daily from the lobby desk after 1:00pm. Larger parcels can be picked up on the P1 loading dock. Call receiving at 416-923-7891.

Our partnership with AutoShare gives you easy, onsite 24/7 access to AutoShare vehicles without paying the usual membership fee. Cars are conveniently available on P1 near the North elevators.
