What’s Happening Now

  • Structural steel has been installed at the corner of Bloor and Balmuto.
  • Patio removal along Bay Street (former Bloorstreet Diner) has begun. Noise will be loud.
  • Slab removals continue along Bay, Bloor and Balmuto Streets. Noise will be loud.
  • Ron White has reopened. Check them out on our Main Level.

Reminders

  • A new entrance tunnel to Manulife Centre has opened on Bloor Street, towards the west side.
  • Visit Toronto Eye Care’s new location on the Main Level, next to Bay Bloor Radio.
  • We are now pleased to offer complimentary valet parking service. For access to the valet, follow directional signage on P1.
  • Pilaster installations in the parking garage on P1 and Concourse Levels along perimeter of Bloor and Balmuto Streets will continue, noise will be loud at times.
  • Construction in the parking garage continues, observe directional signage for vehicle rerouting and blocked access.

There are some restrictions on time. It is encouraged to book your move during the afternoon and evening hours during the weekday, and any time on a weekend. Height clearance for any moving truck is 12 feet 6 inches.

Small parcels can be picked up daily from the lobby desk after 1:00pm. Larger parcels can be picked up on the P1 loading dock. Call receiving at 416-923-7891.

Our partnership with AutoShare gives you easy, onsite 24/7 access to AutoShare vehicles without paying the usual membership fee. Cars are conveniently available on P1 near the North elevators.
