If you haven’t already heard the exciting news, Eataly Toronto is officially opening at Manulife Centre on November 13th at 5PM! In anticipation of their launch, we’ve rounded up just a handful of the exciting things you have to look forward to at Toronto’s newest food and drink destination.
Eataly will be your destination for authentic Italian products, such as Prosciutto Crudo DOP. There are 5 different DOP’s for prosciutto and you’ll be able shop all of them at Eataly Toronto. Eataly will be your go-to place for authentic Italian products from Parmigiano Reggiano to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and their knowledgeable staff will be able to point you to the perfect thing for your dinner party.
The meat at Eataly is sourced from clean, sustainable farms where the animals graze daily in open pastures and are humanely handled, so you’ll feel good shopping at Eataly’s meat market and dining in their restaurants.
In addition to dining and shopping at Eataly, you’ll also have the chance to learn more about Italian cuisine and as well as new skills in the kitchen with plenty of live demonstrations, cooking classes and complimentary tastings in-store.
With countless flavours house-made Italian geleato among many other sweet treats you’ll have a hard time deciding what to choose on cheat day. Luckily Eataly’s convenient location at Bay and Bloor will make it easy to come back for more!
Eataly has partnered with local brewery Indie Ale House to establish Birroteca, an in house brewery, tap room and bottle shop, a place to celebrate Italian-style beer. Eataly has also partnered with local farmers, so you know that in addition to Italy’s best you’re also supporting home-grown talent, meat and produce.
Eataly Toronto will be home to a dozen cafés, takeaway counters, bars and restaurants, meaning you will be able to keep coming back to Eataly and discover something new every time.
If authentic Italian products, local and sustainable suppliers, cooking classes, gelato, and countless dining experiences don’t do it for you, then authentic Romano-style Pizza certainly will.
