Pre-Screening Now Required Before Entry

Under the COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open, all patrons, employees and building staff must now be screened before entering Manulife Centre. Screening must be completed for every visit to Manulife Centre.

Whether you are entering through our Bay Street, Bloor Street or Balmuto Street entrances, via the Holt Renfrew tunnel, or whether you are a 44 Charles resident entering through the interior entrance, you will be greeted by a Manulife Centre staff member who will facilitate the screening process.

Upon arrival you will notice that each entrance will be stanchioned off with a waiting area for patrons. To enter Manulife Centre please enter the stanchioned area and be screened by the staff member before entering the Centre. In order to respect the maximum number of people allowed in the centre, exterior line-ups may occur at our entrances. We thank you for your patience.

You have two options for screening:

  1. Digital screening

You can complete this digital screening prior to arriving at Manulife Centre; however, the checkmark is only valid during the time specified by the form and digital screening does not allow you to bypass the entrance line. You must still line up to show the checkmark to the staff member.

  1. Verbal screening
  • Questions will be provided on a sign at each entrance. Manulife Centre staff members will also have the questions on a paper/clipboard.
  • Patrons will be asked to review the questions and verbally provide their answers to the staff member at the entrance before they enter Manulife Centre.

If you answer “Yes” to one or more of the questions in the digital or verbal screening, you will NOT be granted access to Manulife Centre. No exceptions.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we adapt to these new regulations. We are thrilled to welcome you back to Manulife Centre. For complete details about our retailers and their operations during this time please visit our store directory.
