The Concierge is available Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, the Property Management office is open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and security is available 24/7.

What’s Happening Now

  • Indigo has reopened on the Main Level with their new store concept.
  • Roof installation continues south along Balmuto Street.
  • Glass installation on Bay Street and Balmuto Street continues; work will occur at night.
  • Erection of steel continues on Balmuto Street and Bay Street.
  • Exterior demolition along Balmuto Street and Bay Street continues; noise will be loud.


  • Entrances along Bloor Street will continue to alternate. Please observe on-site signage.
  • Stitch It has relocated. They will be happy to serve you at their Holt Renfrew Centre location.
  • Complimentary valet parking services are available to all tenants.

Coming Soon

  • Timothy’s Coffee will be closing at the end of October.
  • Roy’s Shoe Repair will be temporarily closing at the end of October, but will be re-joining Manulife Centre in late 2019.
  • The refreshed Starbucks in Indigo is scheduled to open within the next month.

There are some restrictions on time. It is encouraged to book your move during the afternoon and evening hours during the weekday, and any time on a weekend. Height clearance for any moving truck is 12 feet 6 inches.

Small parcels can be picked up daily from the lobby desk after 1:00pm. Larger parcels can be picked up on the P1 loading dock. Call receiving at 416-923-7891.

Our partnership with AutoShare gives you easy, onsite 24/7 access to AutoShare vehicles without paying the usual membership fee. Cars are conveniently available on P1 near the North elevators.
